- All monetary transactions happen directly between group members outside this platform. We have no involvement in any financial exchange.
- We are NOT responsible for any financial loss, disputes, fraud, or mismanagement that may occur between group members.

We strongly recommend that all members take a printout of their payment records every month. This serves as your personal proof and backup. In case of any disputes or data issues, your printed records will help you.

We provide data guarantee and priority support only for Pro App users. Free users use the platform at their own risk. Pro users get assured data backup, recovery support, and dedicated assistance in case of any issues.

📋 What This App Does
Namma Cheeti is a simple digital record-keeping tool that helps group admins track member contributions, maintain payment records, and send reminders. It is equivalent to maintaining a physical notebook/register digitally.
🔞 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Namma Cheeti, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. This platform involves financial record-keeping and is intended for adults only.
🔒 Data Collection
- We collect only: phone numbers, member names, and payment records entered by the group admin.
- No passwords are collected. Login is phone-number based only.
- Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) and is managed by the group admin.
- We do NOT sell, share, or distribute your data to any third party.
🍪 Local Storage & Caching
- This app uses localStorage to store your preferences (theme, language) and session data locally on your device.
- A Service Worker is used to cache app files for offline access. No personal data is cached.
- No third-party cookies or tracking scripts are used.
🗑️ Data Deletion & Account Removal
- Admins can remove members and delete their entire group and all associated data from the Settings panel.
- Members who want their data removed should contact their group admin directly.
- If the admin is unresponsive, members can contact us via WhatsApp to request data deletion. We will process your request within 7 working days.
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
🚫 No Warranty
This app is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee data accuracy, availability, or security. The group admin is solely responsible for the correctness of all data entered.
👤 User Responsibility
- Group admins are fully responsible for managing their group, members, and records.
- Members should verify their payment records independently.
- Any disputes should be resolved between group members directly.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend checking this page periodically.
